"Dry Hire" means that we provide everything except the alcohol. By law, Tapsol Trailer, LLC cannot sell or supply alcohol.

What you buy (The Client): The beer, wine, or spirits. (This actually saves you money, as there are no markup costs on the drinks!)

What we provide (Tapsol): The trailer, certified bartenders, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, and the overall experience!

Our packages start at $1,100 for events with up to 50 guests. This includes the trailer rental, 4 hours of bartending service, insurance, and all consumables (except alcohol). Pricing increases slightly based on guest count tiers. Please contact us for a custom quote!

To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. We recommend booking at least 45 days in advance.

Our trailer features 4 taps capable of serving beer, wine, prosecco, or even batched cocktails/mocktails.

Absolutely! We offer a Signature Mocktail Package and can put craft sodas, lemonades, or iced coffee on tap. Our standard package also includes a self-service water station.
